If you are booking via our website or the internet, your booking must be completed by 12.00pm on the day of check in. If you are booking after midday on the day of your check in please contact our reception to confirm you booking. Rooms booked on our website or via the internet after 12.00pm on the day of check in will not be guaranteed unless the booking has been confirmed with our reception.
Payment is taken upon arrival. Payment types accepted:
- Visa Card
- American Express (please note there is a surcharge to use this card)
Please note: It is a condition of stay that you provide a current "valid" credit card at check in as security for your stay.
Cancellations or changes to bookings for rooms must be made at least 48 hours prior to the check-in date and arrival time or you will be charged the full amount of the booking, if you notify us with less than 48 hours till your date of arrival you will be charged only the first night.
Cancellations or modifications made more than 48 hours before original date of arrival, will not be charged.
Extra Guest / Children:
Base rate quoted is for 2 people only, (for Corporate King rooms/ Standard Queen and Single rooms/ Courtyard Queen and Single rooms),extra adults or children (over 2 years old) are charged $20 per extra person per night.
Base rate for interconnecting Standard and Courtyard rooms is 4 people, any additional are charged a further $20 per extra person per night.
Lazy Day Checkout:
Late check out till 12pm can be arranged for a $30 fee. (subject to availability)
No pets are allowed with the exception of guide pets.
